These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, transactions and or concluded sales agreements between Klaes & Myra's and the customer, and are in accordance with the “Distance Selling” Act.
Dutch law applies to these General Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes can only be brought before a court with jurisdiction in the Netherlands. Regardless of the country from which the order was placed, all deliveries are considered a transaction concluded within the Netherlands.
PAYMENT & PRICES
All Prices are stated in euros and include 21% VAT, and excluding transport costs. All import duties and / or local sales tax are for the customer. These are not included in the sales price. Klaes & Myra's reserves the right to change the sales prices at any time.
As soon as the purchase and sales agreement has been concluded, price changes do not affect the order in question.

After your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. Your order is completed after payment has been fully made. Payments are accepted via iDeal or MultiSafe Pay (VISA / MAESTRO) and / or bank transfer. Note that with bank transfer it sometimes takes 2 to 3 business days longer before a payment arrives.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment receipt. We do our utmost to deliver all purchases within the period indicated on the website. However, we depend on third parties for this. As a result, all times stated on the Website are indicative only. Klaes & Myra's is in no way liable if delivery takes place at a later time. Exceeding the delivery time and / or exceeding the term of 30 days after placing the order does not automatically put Klaes & Myra's in default. We do our utmost to maintain this period, however no rights can be derived from it. We operate our Webshop from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Klaes & Myra's also reserves the right to suspend and / or dissolve orders. In this case, you will be notified within 5 working days of receipt of the order. The articles are sent by postNL, TNT/FedEx or DPD. After sending your package you will be notified by e-mail. It is also possible to collect goods from our store.
All items are insured via Klaes & Myra's until they are delivered to the delivery address. Any complaints regarding the condition in which the goods have been delivered (including missing labels and or tags) may not be submitted to Klaes & Myra's by e-mail or telephone no later than two working days after receipt of the goods.
We assume that you are satisfied with your purchases. If this is not the case, you can request a return of the items during 14 working days after receiving your order.
We would like to ask you to fully and correctly follow the return procedure to avoid delays.
You can indicate whether you want to deliver the return package to the store yourself or whether you send it by post. To guarantee a refund of your money and or to effect an exchange of goods, all items must be returned new, unused and unworn. New and unused means that there are no (visible) stains and / or make-up, as well as the smell of smoke and / or other odors, including perfume and detergent. All items must have the original packaging and labels. The transport costs of the return package are for the customer. We recommend an insured parcel shipment, because we are not liable for destruction, loss and / or theft of the returned goods until the actual moment of delivery. Klaes & Myra's can in no way be held responsible for any damaged and / or missing or lost products at the time of return. The original invoice must be sent. The full name, address and bank account number of the customer must be included. Customers outside the Netherlands must include Iban number, Swift / BIC code and bank name and place. The return address is: Sint Jacobsstraat 25, 8911 HS, Leeuwarden in the Netherlands. Once a return has arrived at our address, you will receive a confirmation and approval of the return by e-mail. Only those items that arrive in new, unused and unworn condition at Klaes & Myra's, and that meet the conditions set here, are eligible for a refund and / or exchange. In the event that you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, it will not be immediately reserved for you. The other item will only be reserved after we receive the product to be returned, which may mean that the required exchange item has already been sold out when we receive you back. If you request a refund of your returned item, the purchase amount minus transport costs will be transferred to the customer's account within 10 working days after receving the returned item. This is always transferred to the same bank account with which the purchase was paid. If there is an incorrect delivery and / or a production error, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Any dispute regarding a purchase and sales agreement to which these General Terms and Conditions apply will only be brought before the court in Leeuwarden, unless Klaes & Myra's chooses to bring this dispute before the competent court in the place of residence of the buyer.
